Order processing:

 

UME COSME's order delivery working days are Monday to Friday (except holidays). We need 1 to 2 working days to process and send your order. During the peak order period, we may need an additional 5 working days to process your order.

This site will deliver the products to your designated delivery address through a third party. All delivery times listed on this site are reference times. The calculation of reference time is estimated based on inventory status, normal processing procedures, delivery time, and delivery location.

Please fill in your real name, delivery address, and contact information clearly and accurately.

 

Due to the following circumstances, the order is delayed or unable to deliver, etc., this site will not be able to bear the responsibility for a delayed delivery:

1. If the product you ordered is out of stock, it may delay the delivery of your order.

2. The customer provides the wrong information and incomplete address.

3. The delivery of the goods is not signed for, and the resulting costs and related consequences of the repeated distribution.

4. Force majeure, such as natural disasters, traffic martial law, sudden wars, etc.

Out of stock handling:

If your order is out of stock, UME COSME may temporarily cancel your order or cancel the out-of-stock products in the order. The customer service staff will send a reminder email and refund the difference.

 

sale tax:

Sales tax will be added to the goods you purchase.

 

Verify delivery:

Please be sure to verify your order information when confirming the order - name, delivery address (zip code, city, country), billing address, etc. If your order information is wrong, it will delay your order progress. I hope you will contact the customer service of UME COSME in time.

Delivery Method

UME COSME In order to let you experience the most convenient and efficient delivery method, we choose USPS, FedEx, and UPS to deliver your order.

Please double-check and verify your delivery address, and fill in your detailed address information (apartment, school, etc.).

Delivery Time

Log in to the corresponding courier company to check the estimated time of arrival through the provided package tracking number.

 

Delivery fee

48 U.S. states 1.Shipping fee will be calculated by the system, free shipping if the final price is over $75.

2. UPS 2 Day Air $39.99 (up to 20 pounds)

Alaska/Hawaii: UPS ALASKA/HAWAII $29.99 (up to 20 pounds)

Canada: Due to tariff issues, UME COSME temporarily closes all business to Canada

Due to the incorrect address, the delivery company cannot contact the consignee, and the consignee refuses to collect the package. UME COSME will process the refund after receiving the returned package. The returned package will not be re-mailed. If the customer wants to re-mail it, it is required to Place a new order at UME COSME.

 

Special Note:

1. Modify the address before the order is shipped, UME COSME will not charge you.

2. To change the delivery address during the order delivery process, UME COSME can help customers modify the address, but UPS or USPS will charge customers $12-$15 for the modification fee.

3. The highest quota for the order mail weight used is 30 pounds, and the order exceeds 30 pounds UME COSME reserves the right to cancel the order or charge additional mailing fees.

4. We are very sorry that we cannot deliver goods to the P.O. box and A.P.O. box addresses. All orders with incorrect addresses will be automatically canceled or returned.
